Austin Boerckel
Operations Manager
Austin Boerckel has been with Spot On for 11 years, and his expertise continues to make a significant impact. In 2025, Austin will participate in the Missouri Trucking Association's Leadership Forum, culminating in a trip to Washington DC on March 31st to engage with industry leaders.

KC area Spotting Services Manager
Phil Stuart II is another integral member of our leadership. With 10 years of dedicated service, Phil's hard work and commitment have earned him a promotion to Yard Manager for the Kansas City Region in 2025. His leadership will continue to guide Spotting Services to new heights.
Tim Utzinger
Director of Business Development
Tim leads strategic outreach, partner development, and regional operations across the Kansas City market. With more than 15 years in transportation and fleet management, he helps carriers and distributors cut dwell time, reduce yard congestion, and improve trailer flow through fractional spotting programs and drop-and-hook solutions.
He’s known for his clear communication, hands-on leadership, and focus on customer success. Tim brings a practical understanding of operations and a people-first approach that builds trust, drives accountability, and keeps teams moving forward.
Passionate about making logistics smarter, safer, and more connected, Tim is dedicated to helping partners grow efficiently — from the yard to the boardroom.

I’ve spent over two decades in trucking and logistics—starting as a diesel mechanic,then driving nearly every type of truck and trailer combination, and now managing full-site operations at NoDwell/Spot On in Frontenac, KS. With over 15 years of experience as a business finance analyst Lindsay manages all aspects of bookkeeping, accounting, and payroll with precision and care. Throughout her career, she's worked in many different industries, but the trucking industry has truly become her home.
She's drawn to the fast pace, the constant movement, and most of all, the people—fun, genuine, and some of the hardest-working individuals she's ever had the privilege to work alongside. In addition to overseeing financial operations, Lindsay also assists with human resources, including onboarding, compliance, and employee support.
Her diverse background allows me to bring both structure and adaptability to our team, helping the company stay financially strong while supporting the dedicated people who keep our wheels turning.

Blake Lappan built his career on both sides of the dock — as a driver, a carrier owner, and now as founder of NoDwell. He still leads Spot On, an exception management company that keeps freight flowing through yard management, cross-docking, and short-haul trucking. Those years in the grind taught him one truth: wasted time is wasted life.
Blake founded NoDwell to change that — to eliminate the wait. The Need
1. Reduced / Eliminated Dock Time: Spot On TMS LLC began as a specialized yard management provider, and quickly saw the industry was in need of more innovative, outside the box thinking with regards to the supply chains for all companies regardless of size or volume.
2. Operational Integrity: We have also learned that the transportation industry could use more carriers that put their people, their customers, and their service level above profits. We are the solution to both!
The Mission
Our goal is to be your carrier that once your order is in, you don't have to think about the mechanics of the supply chain because it just happens. We do our part to raise the transportation industry averages in every way, inspiring our team, as well as other companies to do the same. We realize that we are one of nearly a half million choices for your needs, so we aim to be different. Spot On comes with a desire to provide cutting edge solutions to an industry wide issue. We genuinely work to learn our customers' business from the inside out, then pair that with a high level of innovative solutions with integrity, transparency, and communication. Taking time for these important cornerstones enables us to reduce initial mistakes and build a service package catered to the company's individual needs. Then we follow that up with top notch communication throughout, all for a fair rate.
The Model
Spot On believes in the “First Who, Then What” approach to business, and understands that customers will never love a company unless its employees love it first. We are currently raising culture standards, taking the best care of our people by providing wages that also raise the industry standard, while providing PTO, health benefits, and bonuses. This builds a very strong work family fabric because they know that they are supported and appreciated greatly, thus raising employee morale on a daily basis, creating a culture of kindness and respect from the top down.
Our customer model is simple. After showing our ability to provide exponential supply chain improvements, Spot On will send safe, polite and kind humans to them to haul their freight, and communicate the heck out of everything with the highest integrity. We have redundancy in our equipment, and our drivers to exponentially reduce the equipment issues that cause service failures, thus making it possible to provide the highest level of service. Spot On plans to grow with these core values, with people, product and purpose in mind first, then profits.
